Group Coaching Program

Wilderness to Wholeness — 4-Week Intensive

Built by a psychology graduate and certified life coach with 12+ years at the intersection of faith, psychology, and lived parenting experience — this is a cohort-based program for parents in active narcissistic abuse recovery who are tired of navigating it alone. Not a course you consume in isolation. A community you move through together, with structure, peer accountability, and a guide who knows this terrain.

If traditional therapy has felt too clinical, too slow, or too disconnected from the spiritual dimension of what you are carrying — this program was built for you.

This Program Is for You If…

  • You are a parent still navigating the active season — co-parenting with a narcissist, rebuilding after leaving, or in the disorienting middle ground where you know something is wrong but you are still naming it.

  • You have tried to heal in isolation and found that insight without community only goes so far. You need people who understand without explanation.

  • You are open to a faith-informed framework — one that holds the spiritual weight of what betrayal, abuse, and recovery actually cost — and you want structure, not just support.

Your Four-Week Roadmap

Each week builds on the last — from naming the wilderness to walking out of it with rhythms that hold.

Week 1
Name It

Awareness + Isolation

Break the silence that abuse relies on. Together we identify the patterns, name the wilderness season for what it is, and establish that you are not alone in it.
Week 2
Root It

Faith + Psychological Ground

Build the interior foundation that outlasts the chaos. Scripture, nervous system basics, and psychological grounding practices that create stability when everything outside is unstable.
Week 3
Reclaim It

Identity + Boundaries

Recover the self that coercive control quietly erased. Identity work, boundary language, and the peer accountability structures that make new patterns stick.
Week 4
Walk It

Rhythms + Community

Map a sustainable recovery rhythm that carries past the cohort. Leave with a personal framework, community continuity, and clear next steps for the road ahead.

Led by Someone Who Has Lived This

Aysha Barber does not lead this cohort from a distance. As a mother who has navigated the wilderness of relational trauma firsthand, she brings lived credibility to every session — not just clinical knowledge.

With a background in psychology, three years as a certified life coach, and 12+ years of experience in community settings including nonprofit coaching work — Aysha has spent her career in the rooms where people are doing the real, hard work of recovering themselves. She knows what peer community can do that no solo course can replicate: reduce shame, accelerate insight, and create accountability that actually holds.

This program exists because she built what she wished had existed when she needed it. Faith-centered, psychologically grounded, and held in genuine community.
